AGM Attendance and Voting Rules

Any communicant member of the Anglican Church in Aotearoa, NZ and Polynesia may attend but shall not be entitled to vote or (without the leave of the chairperson) speak.
Affiliates and Local AFFIRM Groups may be represented by no more than two authorised representatives who will have speaking and voting rights.
Ministry Unit/Parish Associates may be represented by one representative who will have speaking and voting rights.
Individual Associates have speaking and voting rights.
The Executive Officer, Network Coordinator and Administrator have speaking rights but not voting rights.
