AGM Attendance and Voting Rules
  • Any communicant member of the Anglican Church in Aotearoa, NZ and Polynesia may attend but shall not be entitled to vote or (without the leave of the chairperson) speak.
  • Affiliates and Local AFFIRM Groups may be represented by no more than two authorised representatives who will have speaking and voting rights.
  • Ministry Unit/Parish Associates may be represented by one representative who will have speaking and voting rights.
  • Individual Associates have speaking and voting rights.
  • The Executive Officer, Network Coordinator and Administrator have speaking rights but not voting rights.
